Character Sketch

Access a Baby Names book or Web site and randomly pull out two girls' names or two boys' names. These two names will be the first and middle names of a character you will develop a character sketch around for this assignment.

What does the character look like?
Cheyenne Darlene is a baby girl with white-blond hair. She wears soft white flannel PJ's. She is no taller than an average one-year old, but has a somewhat older-looking face than that. Her hair is past shoulder length
(Initially I thought the assignment was for one girl and boy name. I randomly selected Heroaki as the boys name, but he just ended up nothing more than an ordinary Japanese baby boy.)

How old is he/she? Perhaps eight to ten months old. Not old enough to have normally grown beyond shoulder-length hair. Initially she was a newborn, since that's the vibe I get from the phrase "baby NAMES" but then again everyone was initially a newborn.

What does he/she do? Puts her thumb in her mouth. She thinks introspectively every day. At less than a year old, she understands that she is a girl and that she has a mother and father, and that her mother is also female. She draws scribbles on paper and on paper only, sincerely believing that she has made a new mathematical discovery when she draws a shape or a certain line. She still speaks and socializes like a baby or young toddler, though.

Where does he/she live? In Wyoming, of course. She believes that if she were to venture out beyond the small horizon that she sees when she steps out of her enormous, complex house, that the air will gradually turn more grayish or a smoky purple as the buildings and natural formations become smaller before  reaching dark purple sky and barren land.
Perhaps somewhere off in the distance is another town, it's skyline just barely visible but it will look absolutely nothing like anything she is familiar with; it might as well be made of the shapes she has yet to draw.

You will now transition this sketch into a narrative where your character introduces him/herself as if talking to another character in a short story.

"Ime Shy Ann Dar Lene".
Cheyenne Darlene suspected this, but she didn't have enough willpower to say this to the woman in the black coat and gold buttons who wasn't her mother and who entered through the hallway entrance before eventually removing her long black feet. It must have been an extra pair of feet; her original feet were just normal socked feet.
The woman flashed Cheyenne a facial expression called a smile; Cheyenne was merely suspicious at how such a stranger could mimic facial expressions so immediately after seeing them for the first time.
Mommy was in the white open room of perfectly straight shapes on the floor, mere walking distance, and viewing distance away.
The other woman was larger, taller, and had a big black coat and bigger hair.
Cheyenne started to immediately feel terribly tired, and fell asleep on the soft carpet, listening to Mommy and the other  woman speaking. The other woman spoke like one of Cheyenne's pet animals, the ones who only made noise when bumped and were stuck with the same facial expression.
The carpet was indeed soft.
Cheyenne felt the air bumping her from below; the fact that there was air bumping from just below her body meant that she was being carried, and it felt like it was being angled up, up. But the current events stayed afloat with her.
Cheyenne noticed that it was the other woman carrying her to her bedroom. Her animal friends had run away. the woman was in Cheyenne's bedroom and eating her face with a fork of silver, the color of the most coveted crayon color ever. The second most coveted color was gold, the color of the coat buttons. But Cheyenne was only looking at the frolicking legs of an animal in the distance, leaving the horizon, and the horizon seemed less than purple. Cheyenne new it was lighter and less than purple, even though she couldn't run away to the same way as the animal, who did not speak Her eyes half open, she watched the animal fade into the distance as she stiffened her hair. Her hair lashed at the fork. The clang of hair on metal made her decide to turn her head and raise her shoulders and sit up to face the wielder of the fork.
The woman had a facial expression that no one in the brightly lit room had the willpower to mimic. But then again, there was no one in Cheyenne's brightly-lit bedroom other than Cheyenne and the woman. It must be an extra face.
Cheyenne started hitting the woman with her streaks of whitish hair until the woman started going potty all over her face, in a way Cheyenne never seen before. It was a dark red pee potty that wet her clothes like a dirty diaper. All of her clothes must be a diaper, or all of her body must be able to get soiled. And the hair-hitting caused it. This woman was Mommy's size, but must  not be a Mommy, and would need a Mommy to clean up all the red potty.
Cheyenne was on the soft carpet again, but she didn't feel it because she was standing on it instead of sleeping on it.
A pet animal lay in the same place as before, and it looked terribly tired for the first time ever. What had it been doing while Cheyenne was away?
Mommy had a facial expression called a shocked, and as Daddy came in through the entrance, he was able to immediately mimic Mommy's facial expression without even looking at it.
Do pet animals make potty or have Mommys or Daddys? Red potty or regular potty?
This is another assignment I have done. It just gets weird.
